Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Clay Dog Pots! Every piece is handcrafted with care in our Lutz Florida studio, and we are committed to getting your pottery to you safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: We make every attempt to ship orders the same-day, and no less than 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: Please contact us for production scheduling before shipping.

  • During seasonal launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer—we will always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS Ground Select or if specified USPS Priority Mail and, depending on size and destination.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Orders over $150 ship free within the continental U.S.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently ship to international destinations.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Packaging & Sustainability

  • All items are carefully packed using eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • We reuse clean, sturdy boxes and biodegradable fill whenever possible.

Tracking & Delivery

  • We will contact you upon receipt of your order and advise when shipped. You will also receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us—we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Shipping Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your item arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • See our Return Policy for damaged or returning items.

Purchases made on line and shipped will be replaced or refunded if the items were damaged in shipment.
We will exchange any item that does not suit your taste after purchase, provided it is returned in an unused condition.
