Returns & Exchanges Accepted

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 60 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items may be new, opened, or slightly used.

  • Methods: You may return items in store or by mail.

  • Return Label: A return shipping label is included in the original package.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies.

  • Purchases made on line and shipped will be replaced or refunded if the items were damaged in shipment. We will exchange any item that does not suit your taste, provided it is returned within 60 days of purchase.
